About Gromtown Skateboard School
Gromtown Skateboard School is an indoor skateboard training facility located in the northern beaches of Sydney.
The original park plans were custom designed by California RampWorks, who produce ramps for some of the world's most prestigious events such as The X- Games and the MegaRamp!
Gromtown was founded by Ben and Nicole Holmes who also own Gymstars Cheerleading and have over 30 years combined experience, in teaching sport to young children, specialising in Gymnastics and Cheerleading where they have coached 18 national champions and 2 World Championships qualifiers
With the help of their long time friend Geoff Eaton from Kids That Rip! Skateboard School in Mesa, Arizona, and based on a competitive gymnastics and cheerleading coaching style, Gromtown's program has been based on fundamental development and progression of skateboarding skills.
The program and skatepark design allows children of all ages to develop skateboarding skills in a safe environment, making advancement to ever more challenging and difficult skills easier.
Gromtown's qualified and experienced coaches strive to maintain a safe, fun encouraging environment where children are excited to learn and reach their potential.
